This wacky is incorrect about auto insurance being a requirement. Its only a requirement for the people that want to drive a car. It’s an option to drive. It’s a State law. This Federal Law is not an option. Everyone has buy insurance. How is that Constitutional?

let me get this straight. It is not honest for an individual that got hit by a bus to not have health insurance, and then question the public to pay for the accident. But it is necessary and honest that the public pays for the insurance so that he is covered before he gets hit by the bus?
I have never seen a President so frightened to simply tell the truth. He really is just full of lies every time I see him speak. And man does he ever get defensive when someone challenges him.
They realized that mandating people to buy a service from a private company, was unconstitutional, so now they’re calling it a tax.
They would rather break a campaign promise than be sued.
It’s still a mandate, no matter what you call it.

The enforcement will be simple. New tax forms to fill out every year. You report your insurance on these forms. If you don’t have any, a percentage of your total taxable income is hit on your tax return. I don’t know what you mean when you say “print money and hand it to the insurance companies.” The money taken from this tax will go straight to Obama and Co. They don’t have any intention of giving money to the insurance companies. Running them out is more like it.

Incredible he stands there and thinks he’s not taxing by forcing others to buy something against thier will. Some premiums went up over a 100 percent cause this crap got passed. Car insurance is not something I ever needed. Obama is a fool to say we despise paying for others healthcare while he puts more people into programs that we support with taxes. Kill every single insurance and government program and healthcare will drop on it’s own. It would have to in order to survive.
@Civsuccess2 You’re talking about EMERGENCY health care, which by federal law, everybody is entitled to it, regardless of their ability to pay. I would be more than pleased to help pay for your medical bill by my taxes. You can contemplate your pain and suffering afterwards just fine!
